UTILITIES SEASONAL MECHANIC ASSISTANT

Duties Include:

Perform semi-skilled to skilled preventive maintenance and repairs on District mechanical equipment, including light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles, heavy equipment, golf course mowers, turf maintenance equipment, small tools, generators, and other mechanical and hydraulic systems
Perform maintenance and repairs in a variety of weather conditions and under physically demanding environments, in compliance with established safety procedures and practices

The Ideal Candidate:

Possesses a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
Is reliable and punctual
Is team-oriented
Has mechanical aptitude; experience as a mechanic or working with equipment is preferred

Pay starts at $26.50 to 34.50/hour DOE.
